Leama plugin support

Contact jessy@prospactive.nl for help with Leama Prospecting in ChatGPT or Codex. Include the host, a short description of the problem and, if available, the run identifier. Do not include passwords, authorization codes, tokens or unrelated personal data.

Sign in or switch accounts

Use the host’s Leama connection settings to reconnect. The connection opens Leama’s own sign-in flow at app.leama.ai. Choose your existing account or use another account, then review the requested access. Reopening the embedded app alone does not replace a revoked connection. Your saved profiles and prospects remain attached to their original account.

Check a run

Refresh the app or ask the host to inspect the existing run. Pending checks are not yet saved prospects. Retry an interrupted submission with its original identifier and unchanged data; do not start competing runs. If the host has no web research or reaches its usage limit, the plugin cannot silently switch to a paid provider.

Use the same contact for access, export, correction or deletion requests. See the plugin privacy notice for retention and account controls.
